$100,000 Grants Awarded to Four Local Nonprofits!

Impact100 Northwest Florida awarded $100,000 grants to four local nonprofits at its Annual Meeting on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at the Island Resort in Fort Walton Beach.

The organizations receiving grants are as follows:

Arts & Culture

Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida:  Exhibit Hall to Save Our Local Historical Treasures

Education

Emerald Coast Science Center:  Across the Universe:  Planetarium Project

Family

Northwest Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation:  Cases for Kids

Health and Wellness

EOD Warrior Foundation:  Supporting Physical, Emotional & Financial Health & Stability

More information on each project proposal is available on our website.

“We are proud to support the projects of our four 2023 Grant Recipients. Each of them is making a tremendous impact in our community and touching the lives of those underserved in Okaloosa and Walton Counties,” said Impact100 Northwest Florida president Carly Barnes. “The $400,000 we awarded at our Annual Meeting was made possible by the generous women who make up our membership.”

$400,000 in grants to these four organizations will help so many in our community.  Let's all take a pause and savor this moment and the satisfaction of a job well done!

Shopping for Impact - Kendra Scott

Here's a great way to support our organization! Join us for a special Shopping for Impact event on Wednesday, November 8th.

It just so happens they'll be launching their new fragrance line on that very day!

Here's the address -

Kendra Scott

655 Grand Blvd.

Suite D-108

Miramar Beach, FL 32550

As you know 100% of member dues goes to grants, so these types of fundraisers are import revenue streams for us.  Note the online shopping is open through 11/9.

With the holidays coming up, you probably are looking to get some shopping in.  Two birds with one stone, right?

December 5 Membership Enrollment Event in Santa Rosa Beach

Join us for our first Membership Enrollment Event of the new recruiting season at the Habitat for Humanity of Walton County ReStore in Santa Rosa Beach - which was a grant recipient in 2016.

This event is a great opportunity for us to share with you all that we have planned for 2024, and tell you more about how you can get involved in our mission to support the nonprofits that serve our community through the power of collective giving.

If you have a friend who you think might be interested in joining us, please bring her along.  The more the merrier!  But most importantly we want to see YOU!

Register today!
