Giving has never been more important than it is today because giving is an action that brings HOPE. Giving, whether it be of one’s time, talent and/or treasure is an act of envisioning a better future that sustains us in difficult times. So the challenge before us is how in a world experiencing so many cultural changes do we support and encourage giving in our community.

Giving points to imagining a world that treats stakeholders of all kinds — everyone, from communities to families — as beneficiaries of shared growth. The roundtable will explore the seismic cultural changes that are shaping the future of giving, where technology, changes in human behaviors and strategies that reconsider how we work together to solve some of the biggest challenges out there. Corporations, nonprofits, individuals, leaders and your neighbors all have a role to play. This very moment of crisis is daring us all to do it better.

In response to this challenge, Impact100 Northwest Florida, Inc has invited our philanthropic community to this roundtable to discuss the Future of Giving and generate via networking and discussions action step possibilities for local non-profits and donors inspired by the Future of Giving report. We also agree that giving is everyone's business - corporations, nonprofits, individuals, leaders and all our neighbors have a role to play. This very moment of crisis daring us all to do it better.

So we welcome you and hope that you all take away from this roundtable an increased understanding of the cultural changes impacting our communities and new ideas to enable you to perform your role more successfully.

Keynote speaker Tony Cohn, Director of Strategy - Morgridge Family Foundation, who will speak to us LIVE and highlight the key principles from Carrie Morgridge's report "The Future of Giving". This
